At BN3TH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, underwear that has been tried on or removed from its original seal cannot be returned.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email; simply print it out and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference while the package is in transit to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
